Responsible for TA related work: Recruitment for junior positions, duplicate checking, contract management and Onboarding support.
1. Recruitment: Job posting, resume screening, HR round interview and other arrangement.
2. TA related: Duplicate checking, onboarding notice, contract management, reference check
3. Report and Analysis on recruitment status
4. Intern Management and engagement Project
5. Others: event/engagement support, ad-hoc support for HR team
Requirement:
1. Prefer but not limited in Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ English or other related major
2. Good communication skill and English skill (both writing and oral) CET-6 or above
3. 4-5 days/week for 3 months at least
HR or HH related internship experience is good to have, but also welcome students with interest in HR without experience
